For the construction of 73 no. residential units consisting 5 No. two storey detached houses, 2 no. single storey semi-detached houses, 32 No. two storey semi-detached houses, 26 no. two-storey terraced houses & 8 no. Duplex houses providing for 10 no. one bedroom units, 14 no. 2 bedroom units, 34 no. 3 bedroom units and 15 no. 4 bedroom units on completion, together with the construction of new internal access roads, boundary treatments, public lighting, connection to all services and all ancillary site development works

The development will consist of: 1 To construct a spectator stand on the west side of the GAA playing field, 2 To erect eight no., fourteen meter high, light columns with flood lighting plus ancillary site works

Development consisting of the conversion of an existing 2-storey agricultural outbuilding (188.4m2) located to the rear of Carney House; and the construction of a ground floor extension (30.6m2) to the east of the existing outbuilding to provide 2 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached dwellings; along with associated amendments to existing elevations; associated siteworks and connections to existing services.

Development consisting of (1) for a change of use from an agricultural building to two residential units, and permission to render the old walls to create a nap plaster finish (2) retention is being sought for the alterations to the existing roof structure, new chimney, new windows and doors installed within the existing openings, widening of existing opening, building up one door opening, plus a new two storey extension to the east elevation plus ancillary site works
