Permission for development which consists of: we, HeatGrid Ireland Limited, intend to apply for a 10-year planning application for development of a district heating energy centre at this site, located at Galway Crystal, Murrough Drive, Dublin Road, and a district heating network pipeline in the townlands of Doughiska, Merlin Park, Murrough, Ballybaan More, Renmore, Ballybaan Beg in Galway City, Co. Galway. The proposed development will consist of the following: 1. The demolition of an existing building at the Galway Crystal premises (GFA of demolition 1,290sqm). 2. The construction of buildings to accommodate a District Heating Energy Centre (GFA 1439.1sqm), with a total generated capacity of up to 45MW, comprising of thermal water tanks, a 22-metre flue, roof mounted dry air coolers, gas boiler units, heat pumps, staff welfare facilities, an electrical backup generator, a gas meter room, and associated drainage, water and utility service infrastructure. 3. The construction of a district heating network pipeline (c. 7,877m in length) from the proposed District Heating Energy Centre building within the following roads - Bothar na dTreabh, Dublin Road (R446, R921 and R338), Wellpark Road, Lurgan Park, Gleann Rua, Monivea Road, Ballyloughane Road, Loughnane Road, Glenina Heights, Tara Grove, Renmore Road, Renmore Avenue, Rowan Avenue, Michael Collins Road, Connolly Avenue, Lios An Uisce, Murrough Drive, Rosshill Road, O’Sullivan Park, Walter Macken Place, Quinn Terrace, Loughnane Terrace and Cardinal Cushing Road and the provision of pipes to connect the district heating network pipeline to sites/premises. 4. The proposed development includes all associated site development and site enabling works and ancillary infrastructure.

Permission for development which consists of the retention of reconstruction and extension to fully serviced dwelling house to include all associated site works

Permission for a development which consists of the demolition of 3 no. buildings on lands at Merlin Park University Hospital, Galway. The proposed development comprises the following: • Demolition of the former mortuary building (GFA: 131.5m²); • Demolition of the security hut (GFA: 13.5m²); and • Demolition of the pump house (GFA: 21.45m²). The proposed development includes for all site development works and services ancillary to the proposed development

Permission for development which consists of: (1) The provision of a 2-Storey extension to the side elevation of his dwelling (2) The provision of a single storey extension to the front elevation and a single storey extension to the rear elevation of his dwelling at No.37. Lurgan Park, Galway.

Permission for development which consists of: 1. Planning permission for amendments to a previously permitted development granted under Pl. Ref. 21/292 & ABP Ref. 313997-22. The amendment consists of a change of use from residential units to student accommodation. The student accommodation consists of 27 no. student bedspaces comprising 6 no. apartments in 2 no. blocks. Block A consists of 2 no. 3-bed units and 2 no. 5-bed units. Block B consists of 1 no. 3-bed unit and 1 no. 5-bed units. 2. Changes to the elevation treatment of the building including changes to the external materials, additional fenestration and the omission of the balconies permitted under Pl. Ref. 21/292 and ABP Ref. 313997-22. 3. An increase in the footprint of the permitted building under Pl. Ref. 21/292 and ABP Ref. 313997-22 from the 434 sqm to 726 sqm. 4. Construction of ancillary facilities including communal room, building circulation, service rooms, bicycle storage and bin storage. 5. Provision of vehicular set down area, site boundaries upgrade, hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works. 6. Provision of all associated surface water, watermain and foul water drainage services and connections and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed development. 7. The proposed scheme will be utilised for short-term visitor letting during the summer months.

Permission for development which will consist of the demolition of the existing single story dwelling and outbuilding. The construction of: 6 no. residential units comprising 3 no. 1 x bedroom ground floor apartments, 3 no. first floor 2 x bedroom duplex apartments, all within 2 no. three storey residential buildings, 1 x single storey bin and bike store, carparking for 8 no. cars, site boundaries upgrade, all associated site works, hard and soft landscaping
