The construction of a district heating network pipeline (c. 7,877m in length) from the proposed District Heating Energy Centre building within the following roads - Bothar na dTreabh, Dublin Road (R446, R921 and R338), Wellpark Road, Lurgan Park, Gleann Rua, Monivea Road, Ballyloughane Road, Loughnane Road, Glenina Heights, Tara Grove, Renmore Road, Renmore Avenue, Rowan Avenue, Michael Collins Road, Connolly Avenue, Lios An Uisce, Murrough Drive, Rosshill Road, O’Sullivan Park, Walter Macken Place, Quinn Terrace, Loughnane Terrace and Cardinal Cushing Road and the provision of pipes to connect the district heating network pipeline to sites/premises. 4. The proposed development includes all associated site development and site enabling works and ancillary infrastructure.
