Modifications to the development previously permitted under Reg. Ref. SD15A/0027. The proposed developments shall provide for the construction of three additional three storey 4 bed houses (c.140.2-143.3sq.m) (all with associated balconies at second floor level and rear gardens at ground floor level), site works and alterations to underground services. The proposed development will result in 14 units in total on the subject site.

Single storey prefabricated building containing a classroom of 79.5sq.m. and two special education teaching rooms of 14.5sq.m. each and associated site works. The new single storey prefabricated building is proposed to be located in front of the Riverview Educate Together school entrance to the north-west.

New single storey prefabricated building containing three classrooms of 62.3sq.m each and clinical office suite of 165sq.m and the renovation of the existing school building (excluding the rooms and external play area currently being used by Riverview Educate Together) for temporary use by Setanta Special School at Saint Peter’s School, Limekiln Road, Greenhills, Dublin 12. The new single storey prefabricated building is proposed to be located on the north west corner of the site along with associated ground works. The proposed renovation works are to consist of a new 2 storey lift and escape stairs on the north east elevation, the removal of existing windows and double doors in the existing stair core and the addition of a new first floor window and new ground floor double doors on the south east elevation of the existing stair core, a new external door from a classroom on the north west elevation, new escape double doors from the hall on the north west elevation, new wheelchair ramps at the main entrance, the existing escape stairs and to the two playgounds, new fences to enclose playgounds, new road markings for parking and minor ground works.
