Continued use at Temple Grill Restaurant (Grant No SD15A/0339) of the outside front area for outside dining. A replacement, temporary, self-supporting structure is proposed as part of this application, consisting of translucent roof panels on a lightweight aluminium frame. The area entirely within privately-owned premiss, and will be separated from the public footpath and from neighbouring properties by movable glazed screens. It will contain 10 no 2-seater tables, accommodating a maximum of 20 Diners. No material alternations to the facade are proposed or occasioned by this retention of use application, and no permanent structures proposed. No mechanical ventilation to the street envisaged, nor will any take-away service be provided

Extension to the rear of the existing funeral home building totalling 16.7sq.m. The proposed works will include: (a) the addition of a new multi-purpose room, kitchen, wc and landscaped courtyard garden to the ground floor; (b) alterations and renovation works to the existing shop-front and main entrance to the building; (c) new signage to the west elevation of the existing building façade and (d) all ancillary site works.

An extension of existing facilities at ground floor level by building a new multi-purpose room, disabled toilet and waiting area in the rear yard and laneway.

Change of use of retail unit (177sq.m) to off-licence; remove shopfront and replace with a new shop front consisting of aluminium windows; frameless glass double doors; metal clad timber shop front and all associated site and development works.

Change of use of existing off-licence (130sq.m) to coffee shop; remove shopfront and replace with a new shopfront consisting of aluminium windows, glazed double doors, metal clad timber shopfront and all associated site and development works.

Change of use of former off-licence use (130sq.m) to Restaurant/ Takeaway use (permission previously granted for Coffee Shop use under Pl Reg. No. S018A/0404); remove existing shopfront and replace with a new shopfront consisting of aluminium windows, glazed double doors, timber shopfront similar to that which was previously granted under PL Reg. No. S018A/0404 and all associated site development works.
