Modifications to previously approved planning application no. SD17B/0192, for a two storey rear extension, single storey extension to side and rear, internal alterations to layout and all associated site & drainage works.

1st floor side extension for a study/office room to include alterations to front, side and rear elevations of existing dwelling.

Demolish existing single storey extension at rear and side of house, erect new ground floor extension to side and rear of house, erect a new first floor extension at rear comprising of bedroom & en-suite and all associated site works.

Divide the site into two plots, erect a 5 bedroom, detached 3 storey house in the rear garden of site, new boundary walls, 2 car spaces to front of house and all associated site works. The entrance to the new house exits on Shackleton Way.
