Retention of modifications to previously granted permission for a two storey extension to side and single storey extension to the rear (Register Reference SD17B/0245). The proposed modifications consist of setting back of proposed front building line of previously granted two-storey extension to side by 500mm from main building line of house and associated modifications to proposed roof ridge and eaves line to provide 300mm change in level between existing ridge line of main roof and proposed ridge line of two storey extension to side and all associated internal and external modifications.

Planning Permission is sought for Conversion of existing attic to storage room to include dormer window to rear, and 2no. Velux windows to front, and associated site works.

Part demolish attached garage to side of house to include, front and rear walls and roof; construct a new single storey, wrap around extension to the front, side and rear elevations; front extension to incorporate front entrance porch; alter first floor window to existing house, located to front left side and include two new windows to the existing house at first floor level, side and rear elevations to accommodate light to existing landing; new en-suite to existing house.

Two storey detached four bedroom house with bedroom in the attic space to side of existing semi-detached house with connection into existing main foul sewer and upgrading of existing entrance to a combined entrance / driveway to access the proposed house and all associated site development works.
