The development consists of alterations to previously approved planning permission ( Ref: SD23A/0188) to include a) Alterations to site boundary between rear gardens of No 93 & 93a, b) Alterations to boundary fence in front garden of 93A and all associated site works

A) Subdivision of existing site, b) Demolition of existing shed abutting boundary wall, c) Construction of a two-bedroom, two storey flat roof detached dwelling with rooflights, to the side of the existing dwelling, d) Increase in height of existing boundary wall to the public laneway, e) Widening of existing vehicular entrance to create a shared entrance and all associated site works.

Two storey, detached 2 bedroomed house with single storey return at rear located at the side of existing house and the construction of two separate vehicular entrances to proposed and existing houses accessed from Ballytore Road and the construction of 2m and 1.5m high boundary wall to public laneway and associated site works.
