Change of use of existing first floor exhibition space / office accommodation into gym / studio which compliments the existing gym usage onsite - granted under previous planning; all ancillary works and associated siteworks, within the curtilage of a Protected Structure.

First floor side extension over existing ground floor extension; new floating canopy roof over front entrance on side elevation; relocation of bathroom window on first floor side elevation; inclusion of new and relocation of existing windows on front elevation with a small feature, lined roof over first floor front central window; some internal alterations on ground and first floor including relocation of main stairs.

Retention of vehicular entrance and gates to the front of the detached single storey house exiting onto Robin Villas and associated works in the front garden.
