Modifications to Apartment Block B of the residential development permitted under Reg. Ref: SD15A/0017 & ABP Ref. PL 06S.244732, which is currently under construction, at Scholarstown Wood, located south of Scholarstown Road, west of Stocking Lane, north of Ballyboden waterworks and east of Woodfield, Dublin 16. The purpose of this application is to ensure compliance with the specific planning policy requirements of the Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartment Guidelines for Planning Authorities as they relate to the permitted development on the site, pursuant to Section 34 (3A and 3B) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
