Planning precedent report

Construction of a driving range bay shelter at Hermitage Golf Course. The proposed structure is 10m x 3.5m (open front) with 3m x 3m extension. The height of the structure is 4m at the front and 3m at the back. The proposed structure is a galvanized steel structure with olive green cladding on the sides and PVC coated cladding on the roof.

The erection of a temporary golf gym pavilion and all associated site works (structure is located within curtilage of a Protected Structure RPS 002).

Replace an existing 15m telecommunications structure with a new 21m monopole structure carrying antenna and dishes enclosed within an extended 2.4 metre high palisade fence compound; associated ground equipment cabinets; associated site works; the proposed development is within the curtilage of a protected structure, no works proposed will directly affect this structure.

Permission for demolition of existing front dormer, and construction of new front and rear dormer structures, internal ground floor modifications, conversion of remaining attic space to facilitate new master bedroom and additional bedroom and bathroom. New external works include modifications to front entrance with new gated structure and construction of new pedestrian pathway on west to access new dining area and all associated works.

Construction of new detached 2 storey flat roofed dwelling house, to rear of existing dwelling, to include new storm water percolation area, and removal of rear garden wall to facilitate new vehicular access from Ballyowen Lane, Lucan, and associated site works.

The removal of the existing cabin (granted temporary permission under Ref: SD21A/0270) and will seek temporary permission (5 years) for a newly proposed single storey cabin measuring c.137.3sqm. The proposed cabin will provide additional executive office space for the hospital operations. All associated site development works.
