Mix of detached units, semi-detached and terraced houses including: 6 2-bed, 13 3-bed and 11 4-bed units as well as a new access via the Kilteel Road. The development also includes landscape open space, boundary treatment, play area, site drainage works, site services and all ancillary site development works.

Renovation of existing single storey dwelling comprising of raising of peripheral walls; replacement of existing hip style roof structure with new A-style roof structure c/w flat roof dormer to the rear and A-style dormer to the front; construction of new single storey rear extension and provision of 2 bedrooms at first floor level.

Replacement of 4 house types previously approved under Reg.Ref. SD16A/0229 & SD17A/0101 comprising 2 two storey four bedroom with 3rd floor in roof space (X4 & W4) and 2 two storey three bedroom with study with 3rd floor in roof space (R3 & S3) being replaced with 3 two storey four bedroom semi-detached houses with 3rd floor in roof space (A, A1, E) and 1 two storey three bedroom semi-detached house with study with 3rd floor in roof space (C) at 7-10 Rathmill Glen.

Modifications to the previously approved planning application, Ref. SD16A/0029, to provide photovoltaic solar panels over an area of 450sq.m on the southwest facing roof of the approved new school building.

(1) Phased demolition of existing school buildings (a) Block 1: single storey main school building 3,720sq.m (b) Block 2: two storey PE hall 771sq.m (c) Block 3: single storey temporary classroom 400sq.m (d) Block 4: single storey temporary classroom 1155sq.m. (2) Phased construction of a new part three, part two and part single storey school building (10,429sq.m). (3) The refurbishment of the existing vehicular entrance and the provision of a new pedestrian entrance off Kilteel Road and the provision of a new vehicular entrance (emergency and service vehicles) off St. Anne's Terrace. (4) The provision of 97 car parking spaces. (5) The provision of a new ESB substation to the south east of the site with access off St. Anne's Terrace. (6) Associated ancillary site works including new landscaping and hardplay areas.

Alterations to permitted elevations and modification to site layout of permitted development under SD17A/0101. The proposed modifications consist of: (a) alterations to permitted bay window to the front elevation of 1 two storey, 4 bed detached dwelling (i.e. No. 7); (b) the addition of bay windows at ground and first floor level to two 3 storey, 3 bed semi-detached dwellings (i.e. No's 5 and 6), (c) slight alteration to layout of adjacent houses No's 1-4. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works, on a site area of 0.179 ha. The effect of the proposed development will be a modification to a permitted development under Reg. Ref. SD16A/0229 and SD17A/0101.
