The removal of an existing garage structure and the construction of a 36sq.m extension and front door to side and rear of premises.

A) The subdivision of existing site, Demolition of existing site. b) Demolition of existing single storey garage & garden wall to the rear / side, to enable, c) the erection of a 2 - storey 2 bed house to the rear / side of existing house, d) new c.1.8m high gardens walls, to subdivide site and provide private open space for both houses, e) new c.3m wide vehicular entrance to serve the proposed house, and f) all associated site works, including landscaping, SUDS drainage, to facilitate the development.

Retention permission for alterations to permitted planning application, SD12B/0124, to include increase in size of the rear ground floor extension, the construction of a front ground floor extension, conversion of the existing garage, roof-lights at attic level, roof light window to the front elevation, minor alteration to the existing front fenestration at first floor level, minor alteration to the existing side fenestration at ground floor level, internal alteration at ground floor level to allow proposed internal layout and all ancillary site works

(1) Division of the existing site and the erection of 1 detached, two storey two bedroom dwelling of 96.8sq.m with a single storey element to the rear; (2) alterations to the existing side vehicular entrance to the side of the proposed dwelling; (3) demolition of the conservatory to the rear of the existing house to allow for the required area for rear garden space, garden structures and a section of the existing north-east boundary wall; (4) ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development including SUDS surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatments and landscaping.

First floor extension on the existing flat roofs between the GP room and Classroom Block on the north/east side, over the shelter on the south side and over the utility areas on the west side; accommodate a new Staff Room, Staff Toilets and 4 Resource Rooms and will link, at first floor level, the main classroom block on the east side to the classroom block on the west side of the campus.

First floor classroom and resource room extension over the existing classroom and ancillary areas on the western side of the existing school buildings. The works will involve the conversion of the existing ground floor resource room into an accessible toilet.
