Retention of modifications to previously approved permission SD13B/088. The changes comprise a reduction in floor area of single storey side and rear extension from 33sq.m to 12sq.m including elevational, plan and site modifications.

Permission sought for retention of a 1.3 metre high glass balustrade comprised of as chrome rail and glazed panels on the flat roof of a previously approved single storey extension at rear (SD17A/0078). Planning Permission sought for the erection of a louvered screen comprised of horizontal powder coated aluminium rails on top of the balustrade to an overall height of 1.8 meters and the covering/screening of the existing glass panes with an orange film to screen the flats roof balcony space all at rear

Construction of a rear extension at ground floor and first floor level for residential purposes to the existing house and the installation of 2 rooflights ('Velux' or similar) into the existing rear roof pitch; these works are to be carried out to the existing 2-storey, terraced house and are all for the purposes of the continuation of the existing residential use; removal of the existing slated/cladded hipped dormer extension at roof level (rear roof) and the removal of the existing single storey toilet return at ground floor level but retain the existing attached single storey shed; the upper roof of extension (first floor) to be slated, hipped roof and the lower roof (ground floor) to be a flat roof with parapet and flat rooflight; the proposed works are to a house within an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA) under the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2016-2022.

Modifications to the previously permitted development reg ref: SD23A/0346 (An Bord Pleanala ref: ABP-320269-24), for the construction of a new two storey dwelling and modifications and extensions to the existing house. The modifications will comprise of reduction in floor area from 118.35 sq.m to 110.47 sq.m; revised first floor plan configuration; revised roof configuration at rear; and re-location of side door at ground floor.
