Works include minor internal alterations, modifications to front, side, rear elevations, change of existing hipped roof to gable roof, dormer roof to rear, 1 roof light to rear extension, 2 velux to rear of house, widening of vehicular access & all associated demolition, internal alterations, site, landscaping & ancillary works.

Dormer extension to the rear at roof level to accommodate an office/storage area and a new front porch; side gable wall to be raised and associated works.

Demolition of existing single-storey rear extension and construction of two single-storey flat-roof extensions to the side and rear.

Alterations to the existing hip roof to create a gable roof to accommodate an attic stairs to allow conversion of the attic into a non-habitable storage space with dormer window and roof window to the rear along with two roof windows to the front and a gable window to the side with all associated ancillary works.

Build-up of existing hip in roof to side of roof into 'Dutch' hip with window in gable wall at attic level; attic conversion with dormer roof with window; 'Velux' roof light in rear & front slope of roof all at attic level.
