Extend the existing concrete ridge tiles & roof tiles to form a new 'Dutch' type roof structure, extend side structure up to new soffit level with two additional windows in the existing gable wall, dormer roof structure to the existing rear tiled roof with attic conversion, internal alterations, front porch, single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling, external finishes to match existing and associated site works.

Proposed new single storey flat roof hall extension to front (3.80m), replacing of existing glass roof conservatory (13.5sq.m.) with new additional single storey flat roof extension across rear (22.0sq.m) complete with new window & door access to side / south elevation, new attic extension (25.80sq.m), to include replacing existing hipped roof with new new raised gable wall & dutch hip roof, complete with frosted window to side / south elevation with new dormer roof to rear/west elevation & 2no. velux roof lights to front/east elevation, permission also sought for widening of driveway entrance to 3.60m clear between gate piers, together with all associated site works

Convert attic to non-habitable storage space with a dormer window to the rear of roof and an additional window opening at rear of existing roof; raise existing gable wall to provide a 'Dutch' hip style roof and all associated site works.

Proposed build-up of existing hip in roof to side of roof into Dutch hip at attic level, with window in proposed gable wall, dormer roof window on rear slope of roof all at attic level.

Conversion of the existing attic to provide a new bedroom and en-suite; alter the existing hipped roof profile and ridge height; dormer window to the rear.
