Demolition of porch and construction of a single storey porch and replacement of the window at the front facade together with all associated site works.

Modifications to previously approved and now constructed single storey rear extension Reg Ref; SD01B/0613. Primary changes to include a new 'A' line pitched roof with 4 rooflights included, a large rear sliding door with glazing up to the underside of the new 'A' line roof works also to include some internal modifications on ground floor. New floating canopy roof over front entry porch.

The development will consist of change of use from creche and part residential to full residential dwelling including 1 no. new window to front elevation elimination of 2 no. windows to side elevation internal alterations and all associated site development works.

Planning Permission for 1) Conversion of existing attic non-habitable storage use. 2) Provision of dormer to the rear roof plane. 3) Ground floor front extension to the front and all associated site works.

Attic conversion for playroom use consisting of raising of gable end to allow for headroom also dormer window projection to rear and all associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.
