Retention of alterations and modifications made as constructed to the permitted development as approved by Reg. Ref. SD15A/0290; increase in floor area from 115sq.m to 147sq.m to facilitate a reconfigured internal layout with a resultant increase in height of 275mm & changes to the fenestration on all elevations including the addition of 2 windows on the south facing side elevation & 1 window on the north facing side elevation.

Retention and proper completion of entrance widening to 4.9 metres and all associated works.

Widen driveway entrance and dish pavement.

Two storey extension to rear of existing detached dwelling with proposed 5 roof lights; repositioning of solar panels & associated alterations to the existing dwelling and ancillary site works.

The development will consist of a change of use from retail use to retail with ancillary off Licence use.

(i) demolition of existing rear extension and shed; (ii) construction of single storey flat roof extension to the rear of existing two storey dwelling with covered patio and flat roof rooflights; (iii) construction of new bay window at first floor level over new extension to the rear of existing dwelling; (iv) new windows; landscaping, SUDS drainage and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
