Retention of single storey extension (approx. 10.5sq.m) to rear of dwelling and associated site development works.

Retention planning for works originally permitted under planning ref: SD23B/0006 to existing 2 storey dwelling. Retention relates to location of rear dormer window and minor internal alterations and all associated site development works.

Attic conversion for non-habitable use, including a dormer window and 2 Velux rooflights to rear; 2 Velux rooflights to front of dwelling, internal alterations and all associated site development works.

Extension and alterations to existing 2 storey dwelling consisting of: (1) demolition of existing single storey garage and replacement with 2 storey extension to side of dwelling; (2) single storey porch and entrance to front of dwelling; (3) single storey and part 2 storey extension to rear of dwelling; (4) widening of driveway entrance and (5) internal alterations and all associated site development works.

A) Alterations to front, side and rear facades, b) demolishing existing pitched roof of single storey extension to side, c) demolishing existing shed to rear, d) new single storey extension to rear with lean-to roof, e) new first floor extension with timber cladding and pitched roof to side over existing single storey extension, f) new flat roof dormer to rear with zinc cladding, g) new covered walkway from new rear single storey extension to existing shed; and all associated works.

Planning Permission to construct a Granny Flat extension to our dwelling to include a kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom and entrance with 2 velux Windows and to extend our existing kitchen with velux window with all ancillary site works.
