Construction of a detached two storey and part single storey pitched roofed dwelling house on part of the side and rear garden including the demolition of an existing garden store and changes to boundary treatments affecting the existing dwelling house; proposed new pedestrian and vehicular site entrance/exit points off Hillcrest Way.

Demolition of two existing block sheds in the back garden. Construction of a single storey hipped roof front extension to consist of living room and entrance porch. Construction of a single storey flat rood rear and side extension to consist of a lounge, Kitchen & WC. Construction of a single storey flat roof 1 bedroom family apartment located to the rear garden and connected to the main dwelling and its occupants. The family apartment is to consist of a hall, living room, utility, bedroom & toilet. Modifications to the front boundary wall for provision of new vehicular access & pedestrian access exiting onto Hillcrest Way, Hillcrest Lucan, Co Dublin. General remodel & upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit proposed layout. All drainage, structural & associated site works to be implemented

Retention of:(1) existing rear timber cabin style single storey domestic extension with tile effect roof cladding and selected rooflights; (2) existing rendered single storey link from existing dwelling to cabin extension as noted above with tile effect roof cladding.

Removal of Hip end of existing roof construction of new gable end and dormer roof for attic conversion and all associated site works

Attic conversion for playroom use consisting of raising of gable end to allow for headroom also dormer window projection to rear and all associated site works.

The proposed development will consist of the conversion of the existing attic space for use as a study and for additional household storage, the construction of a dormer window to the rear roof plane, the installation of a window in the existing gable to improve natural light, the raising of the existing chimney, Plus all associated site works.
