The application site is located to the south of Tubber Lane Road, in the north-west of the Adamstown SDZ lands, to the south of Tubber Lane Road, east of the Celbridge Link Road, and north of Shackleton Drive. The proposed development relates to amendments to the permitted development to provide for 2 no. additional houses.
