Remove sections of existing grass margin and grass verge and extend concrete apron to front and rear of existing public footpath, install accessible kerb and erect of a proposed new stainless steel and glass bus shelter, 5.2m x 1.85m x 2.8m high on the public footpath with 2 No. LED illuminated Advertising Panels each of 2.0 square metre area.

Back garden shed to be used as a hobby room which comes with 40mm fully insulated compasite walls and roof panels.

Demolition of single storey garage/utility extension to side and construction of single storey, flat roof extension to side complete with box window to front and pitched roof over extending across front elevation to create open porch; single storey flat roof extension across rear with roof windows over together with internal alterations and associated site works.
