The drainage arrangements are to rap into the existing private Old Orchard pub drainage and rainwater will be allowed to fall onto the carpark where the private road gully will pick it up. A new stepped and ramped pedestrian access will be provided for customers and delivery drivers to access the collection/delivery waiting area & all ancillary works all on land forming part of the Old Orchard Pub & Retail Complex at 74 Butterfield Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
