The proposed development consists of the construction of two dormer windows, one to the existing east facing roof plane to provide adequate space and access to the converted attic and one to the existing west facing roof plane facing Glendown Road to provide additional attic space and height, both finished with zinc cladding. Plus all associated site works.

2 new dormer windows to side and rear of existing roof to facilitate conversion of existing attic and all associated site works.

Demolition of parts of the existing rear and side external walls and various outhouses. We intend to construct (a) a ground floor extension to the rear and side of the property (b) a first floor extension to the side of the property, (d) a redesigned roof extending over the first floor extension, (e) external works including a new bike shed, new planters along the front elevation and new entrance steps.

Construction of single storey extension to side and rere, new side window with all associated site and landscaping works.

Demolition of existing sheltered carport and front entrance porch and construction of a 31sq.m single storey rendered blockwork extension with tiled lean-to roof to the front and side of existing 2 storey house. Also to include a low boundary wall and pier to the front of the property.
