Conversion of existing attic to storage area and new roof dormer window to rear.

Demolition of existing single storey structure, Construction of a new 2 storey detached dwelling, relocated driveway entrance, into existing dwelling, new driveway entrance to serve proposed dwelling, site boundary treatments, SuDS drainage and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the demolition of an existing single storey porch and part of an existing single storey boiler room to the side of the dwelling; the blocking up of two side windows in an existing front bay window and the construction of a new single storey kitchen/dining/living and home office room extension to the side of the dwelling with a roof window to the front over the entrance hallway.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new gable window, new access stairs, flat roof dormer to the rear and 2 no. roof windows to the front.

Conversion of existing garage to use as a living room at ground floor level and single-storey extension comprising entrance porch at front and extension to front of converted garage and relocation of the left hand side gate pier at front to form a wider access (4.73m. width).
