The demolition of existing entrance porch and garage to gable wall of house and demolition of existing kitchen extension to rear of house. Provision of new 23 sqM ground floor single storey extension to gable wall of house with lean - to pitched roof incorporating 6 no. glazed roof lights. The development shall incorporate new front door and 2no. windows to side of extension and 1no. window to rear.
