Erect an extension to existing two storey end of terrace dwelling to consist of two storey extension over garage with conversion of garage to bedroom space; single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling; with associated site works and boundary treatments.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs, 2 no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear. New vehicular entrance and dishing of existing footpath.
