Revised front and side elevation to show an additional bay extension at ground and first floor for additional living accommodation with pitched roof over; revised main roof structure to show an extended hipped roof over new extension; conversion of garage to the front to a study room; ground floor and first floor rear extension for additional living and bedroom spaces with flat roofs over; attic conversion to storage room; new dormer roof window to the rear with lean to roof over.

Alterations to previously granted planning (under Reg Ref SD19B/0350). The proposed alterations will consist of a reduced scale development, including, a) a smaller part single -storey extension part two-storey extension to rear of dwelling, b) attic conversion with new dormer window to rear of dwelling, and 3no rooflights, and c) a first floor extension to side of dwelling over existing playroom as per previous planning application but with no additional bay window to front and all associated Site works

Amendments to previously approved application SD17B/0088 consisting of changes from 'Velux' windows to 2 dormer windows at attic level to rear; change of external finish from brick finish to burnt larch cladding finish to proposed first floor rear bedroom extension.

Demolition of the existing single-storey extension at the rear and proposed new works to the rear to include new single storey extension with rooflight; projecting window at the first floor level and relocation of an existing ground floor window; narrowing of window to the front along with the reinstatement of the garage.

A part one-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear together with the alteration of the roof pitch and finishes on the existing single-storey rear extension, new windows to gable and rear and modified roof lights.

Side extension over existing single storey side play room, rear single storey flat roof extension, attic conversion with dormer type window, some internal alterations and associated site works.
