Demolition of existing chimney, garage and kitchen annex to side; construction of a two storey extension to front and side of existing dwelling, with rooflights to side; single storey extension to rear of dwelling; widening of existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.5m; change of render finish to front and rear of existing dwelling to smooth render; all associated site works.
