Construction of single storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling with rooflights and all associated site works.

The development will consist of Extension and refurbishment of existing dwelling to include construction of single-storey extensions to front and rear, alterations to roof to include dormer roof structure to rear of existing roof to create new storage space in attic, new roof light windows to front of roof, alterations to existing internal layout, alterations to front, side and rear elevations and all associated site works. The development is proposed to be completed in phases as follows (1) The rear extension (2) The Dormer Roof Space (3) Alterations and extension to the front of the dwelling.

Demolition of side extension to existing dwelling; construction of single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling; construction of a new detached two storey dwelling on the site to the side of existing dwelling; new vehicular access for both dwellings; front and side garden wall and gate piers to each property and all associated site works.

Change of use for existing ground floor single storey side extension only from Doctor's Surgery to residential use. A new front porch, a first floor front, side and rear extension over existing single storey side extension, a new single storey rear extension with roof window and all associated site works.

Alterations to previously granted planning, Ref. SD20B/0488; the alterations are to remove existing side elevation wall at ground floor level; extend the front, side and rear walls by 1 metre at ground & first floor levels; extend roof to match new walls; new windows added to side & rear elevations at ground floor level; new roof window added; relocate windows to front & rear elevations at ground & first floor levels; all associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of two small dormer windows in the main roof to the rear of the property
