Demolish existing single storey kitchen to rere and to construct a new single storey pitched roof extension with 'Velux' roof lights on all pitches to provide new living space and to convert the existing garage to a utility and shower room.

First floor flat-roof extension to the front and side of the dwelling incorporating new front and side-facing windows, two rooflights to the side roof slope, and new first-floor level window openings to the rear elevation.

Construction of a new attic level extension & conversion into new master bedroom & en-suite (21.91sq.m) complete with new zinc clad dormer roof & windows to rear elevation; 'Velux' roof windows to front elevation, together with all associated site works.

Demolition of existing kitchen extension, storage, wc and block sheds to the rear. 2) Construction of a single storey rear extension with part flat & part pitched roof at the ground floor (both roofs to have a sky light) to consist of a kitchen & dining room. 3) Construction of a first floor extension (over garage) to consist of a bedroom with a hipped roof above to match existing dwelling at the first floor to consist of a bedroom. 4) General remodel & upgrade of the existing dwelling & ground & first floor to suit the proposed layouts. 5) All drainage, structural & associated site works to be implemented.
