Retention of reconstruction of existing cottage; change of window opening sizes to new extension (previously granted under Reg. Ref. SD17B/0413).

Refurbishment and extension of the existing cottage to comprise: (1) single storey extension to front and rear; (2) upgraded sewage treatment unit and new percolation areas; (3) ancillary landscape and drainage works to support the above.

The development will consist of an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. This extension will be single storey and located at a half level above the ground floor of the existing dwelling to respect the site contours. The extension will have a four sided pitched roof with a central roof light and be linked to the existing house via a flat roofed element. This application includes for attendant works of drainage and landscaping to facilitate the above.

Installation of a septic tank (EPA standard) and a subsurface trench percolation area; decommissioning of the existing septic tank, along with attendant works.

150sq.m single storey extension to the existing community centre; kitchen and community space; group space; sanitary facilities and ancillary storage; vehicular site access; on-site wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.

New single storey café and external toilet block; change of use of existing hardstanding area on site and increasing area of hardstanding to form a public car park; upgrading of existing septic tank on a site to a new mechanical waste water treatment system and percolation area, and alteration of existing vehicular access to site.
