The use of part of the family dwelling as a Pre-School/Playgroup for occupancy by up to 22 children plus associated staff during each daily (Monday to Friday inclusive) sessional period and consists of the retention (and associated use by the preschool/playgroup and family) of the ground floor single storey pitched roofed extension including two roof windows to the rear.

Permission for the construction of new single storey brick porch entrance extension to the existing front elevation and the application of new insulated render finish to front gable elevations

Demolition of existing shed to rear garden and construction of a single storey extension with lean-to roof to rear of existing dwelling. New pitched roof to existing flat roof extension at side of dwelling. All other associated ancillary site works included in the application.

Partial demolition of the rear and gable wall of the existing house and the rear shed building; construction of a two storey rear and side extension; new front entrance porch; conversion of attic and the addition of a dormer on the rear roof; extensive hard and soft landscaping and site works to the front and rear garden.

Remove the existing roofs to garage at side & flat roof to the rear extension & replace with a new single storey extension to the front, side & rear of the existing two storey semi - detached dwelling with concrete tiled roofs with rooflights in new side tiled roof. Internal alterations & associated site works.
