Change of use of the existing upstairs Club Hall for the operation of a Creche/Montessori for up to 20 children between the hours of 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. The facility will meet Tusla requirements for the businesses of this nature, with the operator of the facility offering the ECCWE scheme & the National Childcare Scheme.

Construction of a single storey gym extension to the north of the existing clubhouse and construction of new skills walls to two sides of previously approved all-weather training pitch to the west of the existing clubhouse building (Ref: SD16A/0271).

Attic conversion for storage; raised gable to the side; dormer window to rear; new side gable window; 2 'Velux' windows to front.

The development will consist of: (I) the construction of a part single/part two storey extension to the rear of existing semi-detached dwelling, including rooflights and covered ground floor terrace area to rear; (ii) provision of canopy to side elevation at ground floor, (iii) amendments to fenestration treatment to front elevation; (iv) alterations to all elevations; (v) all related ancillary, drainage and site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Front and rear dormer attic extension, alteration of side hipped roof to a dutch-hip gable roof and alterations to elevations of existing dwelling. A new rear Velux and all associated site works.

The proposed development will consist of a new single storey building to rear garden for home office / gym use and all associated site works.
