Single/two storey detached 4 bedroom dwelling (circa 172sq.m.) with windows/rooflights for future attic conversion, rear canopy and single storey garage (circa 23sq.m.) with access to proposed dwelling via modified existing entrance with new automatic gates from Beechfield Close and to proposed garage from existing rear lane. The development will consist of the demolition of part of the existing front boundary wall, the removal of the existing gate and all associated pillars. To include the construction of a new driveway with two new pillars and vehicular access to provide off street parking and EV charging. To also include the dishing of the kerb and grass verge.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure; raise existing gable c/w window; new access stairs; 2 roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.
