Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure; raise existing gable c/w window and dutch hip; new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

A) two story extension to the side of the dwelling including; b) building up the new side gable wall to form a pitched roof with a gable end; c) conversion of the existing attic into a non-habitable room and; d) a single storey extension to the rear.
