The development shall consist of a sing storey front extension plus two storey side extension and attic conversion with dormer roofs to the rear roof slope and retention permission for the as constructed detached rear home office and all associated site works.

Two storey extension to rear of existing dwelling; interior modifications and construction of new front porch; associated site works.

Demolition of an existing garage shed to the side of the existing dwelling and the construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the side and front of the existing dwelling which will consist of a home office located at the front portion of the structure and a children's den / living space located to the rear portion of the extension along with a bathroom and all associated landscaping and drainage works.
