The Development will consist of an Attic conversion including a dormer window to the side of existing roof and an new window to side elevation at ground floor level. The development will also include the widening of existing vehicle entrance to front of site and associated site works

The development will consist of: Construction of a new louvered screen with access door to the front and side at ground floor level to screen a bin storage area behind, and the construction of a single storey flat-roof extension to the rear.

The development will consist of the construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling to provide kitchen, dining and living accommodation, the conversion of the existing garage to the side of the dwelling to provide a playroom, the construction of a single storey extension to the front of dwelling to provide a new porch, the construction pf a first - Floor extension to the side of dwelling to provide a new bedroom, together with internal alterations and all associated site works.
