Revisions to previously approved Grant of Permission Reg. Ref. SD24B/0317W consisting of the reduction / part omission of the approved single storey extension to the front / side with two new windows at ground floor to the side now proposed in lieu; the omission of the approved first floor rear extension; the omission of 1no. approved skylight to the side hipped main roof; and a change of design to the roof of the approved rear single storey extension from pitched / sloped to flat with parapet; Works will also include minor alterations to window / door openings at ground floor to rear, to window at first floor to rear and application of external wall insulation to all elevations of the existing house;

The proposed development for permission will consist of: •Demolition of existing single storey extension / garage to rear, part of main roof and chimney to side; •Construction of a single storey extension to the front and side including covered porch area to front; •Construction of a part single part two storey extension to the rear with rooflight; •New rooflight to side of main roof; •Alterations to existing windows / doors and/or new openings at ground floor to rear / side and at first floor landing to side; •All associated demolition, internal layout alterations, associated site, landscaping and drainage works. The existing development for retention permission consists of: • Retention of existing widened vehicular entrance / walls to front.

New first floor extension to side of existing dwelling with pitched roof. Works will include extension to the existing hipped roof above the first floor extension; Construction of a new dormer extension to the rear roof slope and a Velux rooflight to the front elevation; Single storey (flat roof) extension to the rear of the dwelling; Alteration to the windows to the side and rear and opening of new door to the side; Demolition of existing shed to rear garden and chimney to side of existing dwelling; Construction of the new garden shed to the rear of the house; All associated internal alterations, demolitions, site, landscaping, drainage and ancillary works.
