Erection of signage on the front (southern elevation) of the building, including a trough light for external illumination of the sign at first floor level; reuse of the existing signage structure at the southern, roadside boundary of the site for user and directional signage; this will be a double sided sign; all associated works. The proposed signage relates to the use permitted under Reg. Ref. SD21A/0003.

Use of the premises as a warehouse with ancillary trade counters (for the sale of building related products principally to trade); internal alterations include general reconfiguration of the space to create trade counters and warehouse space including new stairs and lift core; external changes include new entrance door and ramp at south west corner; new ramp and new entrance door at existing point of entry on the south elevation; on the west elevation placement of new condensers and minor alterations to the existing entry point; all ancillary works associated with the development.

Alterations to the building to facilitate the conversion of the existing Test Centre into a ''Drive - Through'' Test Centre in line with incoming RSA/CVRT regulatory policy. The alterations are mostly internal, including the re-positioning of partitions and the vehicular test equipment to facilitate the proposed 'drive - through' circulation route. Externally, there are alterations to the front facade including the removal of the glazed screen of the existing disused showroom and the insertion in that area of two new vehicular openings that will be similar to the one existing vehicular opening.

Works to a commercial warehouse to include demolition of existing extension and ancillary accommodation, internal alterations including general reconfiguration of the space to create ancillary office accommodation, trade counter and warehouse space, external alterations include installation of new cladding system, signage and reconfiguration of existing south and east elevations, all ancillary works associated with the development.

Use of part of Unit 1 as a vehicle dismantling facility.

Construction of external free standing dock leveller for 2 trucks and associated ramp within rear yard, The dock leveller is open on 2 sides and clad with Insulated metal cladding on the other 2 sides. Works include a sunken pit appx 650mm below yard level.
