Demolition of a single storey storage unit and the construction of a four-bedroom, two storey infill dwelling with dormer window on front/northern elevation, single storey rear element and private garden to the rear, together with provision of a vehicular access via Glendoher Close, on-curtilage car parking and all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including SUDS surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatments and landscaping.
