Planning precedent report

Construction of new single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling including new rooflights; associated alterations of existing single storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing dwelling; all associated alterations to the elevations, internal layouts (including new stairs to non habitable attic space, site, drainage, ancillary and landscaping works.

New first floor extension over existing single storey to side with new single storey extension to rear and new porch to front together with internal alterations and new detached shed in rear garden. Permission is also sought to widen existing vehicular entrance to front.

Demolish the existing chimney stacks from the existing slate roof, construct a new two storey extension to the rear of the existing detached dwelling with a slate roof to match existing with ventilated roof lights installed into the existing and new slate roof, conversion of the existing attic area, internal alterations, extend existing driveway & vehicular access, external finished to match existing and associated site works.

Remove section of existing side hipped tiled roof and replace with new dormer structure with a flat roof; conversion of existing attic area into a non-habitable area; internal alterations; external finishes to match existing.
