Dormer extension on the roof to the front.

To retain the changes to the two storey granny flat extension at the side on 43 Old Court Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The extension originally received planning permission under Reg. Ref. SD2B/0286. The changes to be retained include enclosing the porch areas, by moving the hall door screens to the front, outside wall, extending the roof over the main hall door and the hall door to the granny flat, to cover the entire width of the extended building and a number of changes to the fenestration to the side and rear of the extended structure.

Extend the existing concrete ridge tiles & concrete tiled roof to form a 'Dutch' type roof structure; extend the gable wall to new soffit level with an additional window; dormer structure in the rear tiled roof; attic conversion; internal alterations & associated site works.

Addition of new 'Velux' roof light to front elevation; retention of existing roof light also to front elevation.

Build up side gable wall & extend the ridge out to allow for an attic conversion with dormer window to the rear & window in side gable with associated site works

Ground floor front porch with pitched roof over; Build-up of existing hip in roof to side of roof into Dutch hip at attic level, with window in gable wall, dormer roof window & 1 roof light on rear slope of roof, all at attic level, attic conversion with W.C.
