The construction of multi-operator telecommunications infrastructure comprised of a 21m monopole (overall structure height of 22 metres), antennas, dishes and associated equipment, together with new ground level equipment cabinets, new fencing, landscaping and all associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

Demolition of existing derelict dwelling & out-buildings and construction of four 2 1/2 storey detached dwellings, removal of existing entrance and provision of new vehicular entrance from Esker Lane and all associated site works.

Attic conversion to storage space to include new roof design from a hipped roof to a gable ended roof with 'Dutch' hip; rear dormer window and roof lights on both the front and rear elevations; modifications to window and door on ground floor rear elevation; some general internal modifications on ground and first floor levels.

Demolish single storey rear extension; construct two storey side extension with forward projecting front bay window; floating bay window feature on the new side elevation incorporating existing ground floor garage converted to habitable space; new front entrance porch; single storey rear extension; attic conversion to storage space with new dormer window on the side elevation to facilitate new stairs and roof lights on the existing and extended rear elevation; new single storey flat roofed structure to the left side of new works to incorporate bin and bicycle storage.

Extensions to existing dwelling house including a proposed single storey extension to rear at ground floor level comprising of kitchen extension and lounge; dormer type extension to first floor comprising of 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suites and 1 walk-in wardrobe; dormers to east and west sides of the existing dwelling and associated works.
