Demolition of an existing shed (25sq.m) to the rear, and the construction of a new part single storey (43sq.m) and part two storey (17sq.m) pitched roof extension to the rear, the installation of roof lights to the existing roofs and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the conversion of existing attic space to a new dormer bedroom with ensuite bathroom and storage. The work includes a 3-meter-wide box dormer to the front elevation and Velux windows to rear of the existing roof, together with all associated site works and services

Permission & retention permission for development the following works to the existing single storey semi-detached two bedroom dwelling: 1) Conversion of the attic study into a bedroom, incorporating four roof light windows to the rear. 2) Modifications to the existing internal floor layout and external elevations. 3) Retention of a roof light to the front at attic level and retention of an outbuilding (9.4 sq.m.) in the rear garden.
