Construction of a part two storey part single storey extension to the side and a single storey extension to the rear together with associated internal alterations.

2 storey extension to side and related works to include 2 bedrooms at first floor, playroom, bicycle store and relocation/enlargement of kitchen/dining area at ground floor.

Ground and 1st floor extension to side and rear; attic conversion with dormer to rear; alterations to hipped roof & gable wall to form a 'Dutch' hip gable wall.

Attic conversion with a dormer/pop out window feature to the rear 3650mm in width with a gap at each end, providing clearance from the roof hip and the neighbouring building. The pop-out will be clad in simulated zinc/pvc with windows to match the existing house windows. Access to the attic space will be accommodated via a new internal staircase from the first floor. There will also be two 'Velux' type windows at roof level to the front of the property facing Fforster Drive.
