Planning precedent report

To erect a 24 metre high multi user monopole with antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment, including floodlights, all enclosed in security fencing and to remove an existing 15 metre high floodlight pole at the same location. On completion of the above works the existing nearby communications equipment comprising antennas and a dish on the 20.55 metre high floodlight pole and ground cabinets with associated compound will be decommissioned and removed.

Intend to apply for planning permission. The development will consist of the demolition of an existing single storey conservatory to rear and the construction of the following: 1. A new ground floor flat roofed extension with roof light to the rear and side western elevation. 2. A new first floor hipped roof extension with a bay window to the rear on the eastern side of the house. 3. The dropping of cills on the front elevation, a new porch configuration, a new bay window to the rear and new window opes to the east and western elevations at ground and first floor. 4. The reconfiguration and extension of a garden shed in the rear garden along the western boundary wall and all ancillary works.

Change of the conditions under the previous permission SD11A/0217; Condition (3) - change the maximum number of children from 56 children to 58 children at any one time to be accommodated in the overall Daisy Chain Montessori & Childcare facility; Condition (4) - change to the Montessori operating hours from 9.00 am and 12:30 pm, and 1.45 pm to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday to revised operating hours of 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and Condition (5) - change of the hours of operation of the designated outdoor play area to the rear of the overall Daisy Chain Montessori & Childcare from 9.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Conversion of attic to useable storage space; placement of 2 new 'Velux' windows in roof to front; 1 dormer window and 1 'Velux' window in roof to rear; removal of hip section of main roof and building up gable block wall to form a 'Dutch' hip; insertion of new window in gable wall at attic level; alteration of existing single storey ground floor rear kitchen and construction of a new single storey rear extension.
