The installation of an aircraft noise monitoring terminal on a standalone, tiltable mast structure (6m in height) along with associated works including electrical connection on land adjoining the car park within the grounds of Scoil Mhuire Girls' National School, Lucan Road, Lucan, Co. Dublin

(1) Demolition of existing single and two storey post primary school buildings (1050sq.m) to the east of the main school buildings. (2) Construction of a part two, part three storey post primary school extension (3346sq.m in total) configured as follows; (a) three storey extension (1817sq.m) north of main school building along the Lucan Road forming a new post primary school pedestrian entrance off the Lucan Road, (b) two storey extension (1340sq.m) to the east of main school buildings, (c) two storey extension (escape stairs 55sq.m) to the south of main school buildings on the west side of the two storey classroom block, (d) single storey extension (133sq.m) at first floor north of the existing PE hall. (3) Reconfiguration of the existing vehicular and pedestrian access off Lucan Heights to form the main post primary school vehicular entrance and secondary pedestrian entrance. (4) The reconfiguration of the existing primary school pedestrian entrance in its current location off the Lucan Road and the re-designation of the existing post primary school vehicular entrance as the primary school vehicular entrance. (5) All associated site works.

Demolition of existing two storey detached dwelling house and outbuildings; Construct new purpose built three storey mixed used building with, a new physiotherapy practice, consisting of 5 consultation rooms, office space, staff areas as well as a rehab gym and studio area, all over two floors at ground and first floor levels; One bedroom apartment with own door access and dedicated private balcony area at the second floor level; 5 car parking spaces and secure bicycle parking for 6 bicycles all on site; Back lit signage to the front facade of the building; All associated site development works.

(a) Demolition of existing boiler shed to rear; (b) construction of new single storey pitched roof extension to rear; (c) construction of new first floor side extension with extended hip roof over existing side extension; (d) installation of solar PV panels to front pitched roof; (e) internal alterations to floor layouts; (f) all associated site works.

The development will consist of construction to extend the existing house at the rear/ North, loft conversion, widen the vehicular entrance and all associated site development works.
