Demolition of existing shed in the rear garden; Construction of a single storey domestic garage in the rear garden; Construction of a single storey extension to the front of existing dwelling that comprises of an extended hall and new front room all together with all associated site works.

Variation to the previously granted planning permission Pl. Ref SD22A/0287. The development consists of a two storey detached house. Variations to internal layouts, elevations, vehicular access, and all associated site works below and above ground.

Infill of existing undercroft/car port space to front/side of existing dwelling to form new room, porch and extended hallway; construction of new porch structure with canopy and relocated main entrance door; all associated alterations to existing elevations, internal layouts, site drainage, landscaping and ancillary works.

The development shall consist of two storey detached house to side of existing house with vehicular access and all associated site works.

Construction of a single storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling including the conversion of the existing covered car parking area and a single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling (total area of extension 26sq.m), new window and door to the side of the dwelling at ground floor level and all associated site works above and below ground.

Construction of a single-storey front extension with a sloped roof; demolition of the existing rear and side extension; construction of a single-storey flat-roof rear extension incorporating a rooflight; and provision of a new side access.
