The proposed development will consist of a velux rooflight to the front of dwelling,size:980mm X550mm and all associated site works

Conversion of garage into a bedroom to the front of the existing house; extend the existing one storey flat roof to side and replace with a pitched roof containing a new bathroom at first floor; widen the front vehicular gate and reconfigure the interior layouts at ground and first floor and create a new dormer plus 4 'Velux' rooflights to rear and 2 to the front.

Increase size of existing front and rear dormer windows; conversion of garage to habitable room with new window to front of said room and associated works.

Extension of existing roof to side, new dormer window to front, extension of existing rear dormer, conversion of existing garage to habitable space, new flat parapet roof over converted garage and porch, new extension to rear and side with rooflight to rear, widening of existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.5m and all associated site works.

Widening of entrance gates and driveway; provision of new timber entrance gate; erection of new timber bin store; construction of new entrance steps and canopy above front door of existing dwelling and all associated site works.

Install dormer window extensions to the front and rear of the house.
