Planning Permission for Alterations to existing hip roof to create gable roof to side to accommodate attic stairs to allow conversion of attic into non habitable storage with dormer to the rear, new window to side gable, roof windows to front roof all with associated ancillary works.

Raise the side gable wall to facilitate an attic conversion with dormer window to the rear & front, along with a ground floor porch extension at the front & all associated works.

The development will consist of amendments to previously approved planning permission reg. Ref. SD25B/0436W comprising of modifications to the existing hipped roof structure including raising of existing gable wall to form gable roof, demolition of existing chimney to facilitate raising of gable wall, provision of 1no. additional rooflight to front of dwelling.

The construction of a new attic level conversion and dormer extension to include alterations to rear elevation of existing dwelling, with internal alterations to facilitate the proposed attic conversion, and the provision of 1no. new rooflight to front of existing dwelling.

First floor bedroom/bathroom extension over single storey ground floor accommodation at side of house.

Attic conversion with dormer window to rear, roof light to front, alterations to existing hipped roof & gable wall to from a new 'Dutch' hip type gable wall & a ground floor extension to side.
